Incredible hotel, hands down the best in SA! The views were mind-blowing, with a perfect location next to the jaw-dropping Boulders Beach. Breakfast was super delicious, and our room was absolutely amazing. We wanted to extend our stay, but sadly couldn't cancel our next hotel. We can't wait to come back and stay longer.

We experienced true family hospitality and were treated like VIPs the entire time. The food was like legendary streaks, and the local selection of fine wines was lit! The setting and ambience were perfect for us party animals, with a vibe that just screamed "let's have a good time! " Oh, and let's not forget the adrenaline rush from the two-hour kayaking excursion and hiking the crests and hills of Table Mountain National Park. Such an adventure!
The only thing we would have asked for is a better party scene for us young, spirited individuals. The hotel was more laid back and chill, which is great for some people, but we were looking for a place with more energy and opportunities to meet new friends and dance the night away.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious villa in Cape Town that provided the perfect balance between luxury and homeliness. The villa staff were attentive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, with access to a private pedestrian gate leading to a boardwalk between the penguin sanctuary and Boulders Beach. We enjoyed getting up close to the penguins and even heard them "braying" throughout the day, which became quite calming. The highlight of our stay was the delicious breakfast, with homemade muesli, freshly baked pastries, and a cooked breakfast menu to choose from. We also appreciated the intimate and private ambiance of the villa, making it feel like our own exclusive retreat. Despite a few minor downsides like the lack of dinner availability and some maintenance issues, overall we had a wonderful experience at this hidden gem. We highly recommend giving them a call ahead of your stay to ensure the best experience. With its breathtaking location and exceptional service, this villa is certainly worth a visit. we were thoroughly impressed and would definitely return.

The Waterwitch Room at Tintswalo At Boulders is absolutely stunning! It's located on the top floor and offers breathtaking views of the ocean and the adorable penguins surfing onto the beach. As a light sleeper, I was amazed by the tranquility and serenity of this room. The villa itself provides a 180-degree view of the ocean, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings. It's like having a front-row seat to nature's captivating show. I couldn't help but feel a sense of peace and wonder during my stay. The room I had was a twin-bed sea-facing one on the bottom floor, with direct access to the gate and penguin boardwalk below. It was so convenient to step out and be greeted by the charming penguins, making it a truly unique experience. Another highlight was the private terrace that came with my large corner suite. I loved spending time there, enjoying the soothing sound of the waves and taking in the postcard-worthy views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Personally, I found the sound of the waves crashing against the shore at night a bit loud. However, I understand that for many people, including nature enthusiasts, this could be an enjoyable and peaceful ambiance.

We recently stayed at Tintswalo At Boulders Villa and it was a luxurious experience. From the spectacular property and room to the amazing bathroom, everything exceeded our expectations. We were even pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. the views were fantastic, and we loved that the Penguin colony was adjacent to the property, making it easily accessible. the breakfast, although light due to time constraints, was delicious. the staff were great and the service was impeccable. We can't wait to try other properties from the Tintswalo group.
Don't have any issues at all. 👍

My partner and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Tintswalo At Boulders. We stayed in the Water Witch room and were blown away by the incredible views and comfort. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff - from the property manager to the chef, security, and cleaning team, they all made us feel incredibly special. We even had a private three-course dinner with the chef, which was not only delicious but also felt so intimate. The quick access to Boulders Beach was the cherry on top, making our stay even more memorable.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The value for money at Tintswalo At Boulders was exceptional and the room we stayed in was perfect in terms of size and positioning. The location was breathtaking with stunning views of False Bay, and we loved being able to access the boardwalks to see the penguins. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel at home and providing excellent hospitality.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of smoothies.

As a businessman attending a symposium, I chose this hotel for its excellent business amenities. The hotel provided reliable and fast Wi-Fi, allowing me to seamlessly work and stay connected throughout my stay. The comfortable and well-equipped workstations in the room were perfect for me to focus and be productive.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Although the hotel had excellent Wi-Fi and workstations in the room, having a dedicated space with additional business facilities such as printing and faxing services would have been convenient for my business needs.

The maritime theme is mirrored by a predominantly cream and blue palette, leavened with green – a plump Chesterfield sofa in olive-green velvet below a picture window is a particularly striking touch – and warmed throughout by timber floors and both Persian-style and jute rugs. It felt like stepping into a cozy seaside cottage, with a touch of elegance and a splash of ocean breeze.
Noisy common areas.
